One of England’s most established Hotels in Oxfordshire with 2 restaurants, seeks an outstanding Pastry Chef to lead a small young team. The main restaurant offers interpretations of authentic British dishes.
You should have experience in fine dining, great communication and can offer the highest calibre of pastry and the ability to conduct staff training.
Ideally, you must have strengths in Pastry, Bread making, petit fours, ice creams, plated deserts and healthy deserts too and be able to manage the deserts for two restaurants and small banqueting lunches and dinners.
Star Chef - Hong Kong - $ 100,000 Our client is developing two hip hotels, one in Hong Kong and the other property located in China and is looking for an experienced Star Chef.
Responsibilities to include consistency and quality assurance for Western food, as well as concept generation, menu development, continuous product development matching culinary trends and market directions as well as staff training. You will have over 10 years experience running successful or award winning operations. Passionate about cooking. Experience in Fusion Cuisine, good networking and strong business acumen and a ability to achieve commercial objectives. Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills are a must.
