Our client is an exciting new FIVE STAR luxury Hotel Group about to open a great number of hotels in the Middle East and probably possible ventures in Asia and Europe . Their first hotel will be a 240 bedroom luxury property as their flagship hotel.

The five hotel operations will be very impressive 5* deluxe properties, offering extensive exciting fine dining F&B concepts as well as additional state of the art large volume of conference and banqueting facilities, luxury Butler service on its executive floor, as well as innovative refreshing service in the centre of these modern hotels.

We have been asked to seek an F&B manager who has related proven experience in the Gulf region.

Each hotel will offer superb facilities whilst the hotel group seeks a proven five star manager to instigate appropriate skills to ensure maximum efficiency and systems operations, and a training in sales & standards of service to the highest degree in professionalism.

As the F&B Director, you will lead from the front, inspire, mentor and train a large team to ensure each hotel opening is properly rolled out and then repeated with each additional hotel. It is probably that your position will grow into a group F&B role, but this is determined by your own skills.

The ideal candidate will have a commercial awareness to oversee the company's growth and lead the development of strategic models, budgets, forecasting and financial reviews to allow the hotel to implement the best facilities in the Gulf and will keep pace with the ever advancing need to change and offer better facilities and service in the future.

The position will report directly into the Managing Director.

The ideal candidate would be sophisticated enough to be able to converse with senior management team of each resort so very polished communication & presentation skills will be necessary.

The role will demand someone very hard working, someone who has good opening experience to help each resort settle down and grow. We seek someone realistic, someone who is flexible to work with a young and dynamic team, who can oversee any labour issues

Successful candidates will have the following profile:

• *Pre-opening experience in the Middle East
• *Substantial experience in branding, hotel systems used today.
• *Exceptional communications skills, able to converse effectively with clients, owners & management team;
• *Sound understanding of local culture and people;
• *A career focussed in 5* properties with a minimum of 5 years in the middle East and an ambition to develop within the group
• *Fluent English (both written and spoken);

Ultimately we are looking to find a dynamic person who is willing to commit to daily operations and offer a leadership role, someone who is from a background in similar luxury large volume operations, service lead, high on standards but also with exceptional BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT skills and is profit orientated.

Probably already working within a group environment, you will work closely & support each resort and business providing pro-active advice to the senior operational management team, to ensure company alignment & integration of systems and business activity objectives to achieve company goals.

In essence we seek someone able to work with the Group Executive Chef to create a food & beverage experience beyond any comparison in the gulf.
