The resort has over 200 suites and rooms and enjoys a celebrity, VIP guest list, and there fore, require an exceptional landscaper to create the luxry settings & paradise image necessary for everyone to enjoy.
The ideal candidate we seek will have a multi tude of skills and experience and will possess the following
Job Description: To work as the team leader
- Qualities required: You need to be flexible, enthusiastic, and enjoy
working with people. Agriculture or horticultural knowledge,
experience and interest would be an advantage.
- Driving license is essential. Good person-to person communication skills are needed for this job, and the ability to organise yourself and others efficiently.
- Proven resort experience in other leading luxury Hotels with a wide range of horticultural knowledge.
- A strong & established track record in developing excellent relationship with team members to deliver impressive service to our guest.
- Previous 5 star luxury resort experience
- Able to plan and create innovative designs and landscapes
- Highly effective skills in communication and relationship building
- Able to work in remote areas and achieve world class standards
- With energy, drive and determination
- Talented and focussed professional who can make an impact, exceptionally managing multi nationalities of team members
