We have a leading luxury business hotel group based in Malaysia , who presently have a luxury hotel brand based in over 14 countries throughout Asia , seeking an exceptional Director Revenue Management / Regional Revenue Manager.
The core responsbilities are as follows:-
1.To ensure high standards of revenue management and channel management practices for properties under the Asian region.
2.To support the properties in achieving optimal mix to achieve budget RevPAR targets
3.Drive optimal business through all e-distribution channels via the use of the following measuring tools:
*Revenue Management KPIs
*Distribution Mark eting KPIs
Actively drive delivery of GDS channel via consolidated regional GDS marketing and consortia marketing
Actively drive delivery of branded website through maximizing content of hotel websites for SEO and to leverage on destination events via SEM
Increase customer satisfaction by ensuring implementation of conversion and upsell program for reservation and front office teams at hotels.
Act as key liason between Hotel Revenue Managers, Global Sales, Corporate CRM and Brand Mark eting teams to drive online sales & marketing activities
Maintain annual oversight of the overall price strategy and structure of the hotels to ensure that it is in line with the strategic objectives set out in the budgets.
Analyse forward forecasts for hotel rooms revenue and coordinate regional online marketing activities and highlight to respective GSOs for offline and partner activities.
Consolidate monthly System Contribution Trends and Reports.
Support hotel during implementation of key reservation, revenue management and distribution systems.
Research on relevant market and competitor news.
Ensure Data Quality and Data Input standards are met by hotels and that corporate standards are implemented in systems usage, Revenue Management Data Management (RMDM) practices and data input.
Provide education and training to Front Office, Reservation and Sales in RMDM areas.
Annual organization of Regional Revenue Meetings in coordination with Regional Sales Meetings.
THE DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE:
Knowledge & Qualification:
1. Advance Excel & MS Office applications
2. Fidelio (preferred) or main OPERA PMSs
3. Trust Voyager, Content & View
4. 3rd party Internet online maintenance systems
5. Min. 5 years experience in a Regional or Global capacity in Revenue Management
6. Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or related.
