Our client is presently seeking a Vice President of Sales - Asia Region, to oversea the Sales and Mark eting for 13 large business hotels spread throughout asia ,
This position will direct the total sales resources within the company. Specifically optimizing the sales resources within the hotels including processes, tools, education and performance management to maximize the overall revenues of the company's properties. This will include functional liaison with property based Sales and Mark eting directors who report directly to their GMs but report on a dotted lined basis to the VP Sales.
They will be responsible for the creation of the pre-opening Sales and Mark eting budget, plan and resources as required and will deputise for the SVP in his absence,
To lead, motivate and evaluate key sales people with a view to recommending future development. To plan for succession.
To initiate and foster a commercial Sales Culture throughout the company. and to direct and execute Sales Planning and development across the hotels to ensure the hotels and all other sales resources are highly focused, accountable and working to a Strategic Sales Management Strategy.
