Ref 139 Salary negotiable, £35K – 50K depending upon experience, live out
Our client has an amazing award winning resort in the Caribbean and currently promotes and markets the property from their offices in central England .
Our client has a great deal of expansion plans and want to consider looking at Sales and Mark eting Director to manage the UK office, or possibly work from Home, who will be able to take responsibility for resort in the Caribbean and market on a day to day basis and also to grow the company in the UK.
With quite a unique set up in the UK office with a team of 3 very motivated and professional staff that process all the worldwide reservations for this resort, who do all the worldwide invoicing and money collection and accounts receivable, and deal with all the day to day administrative requirements for the hotel from tour operator contracting to dealing with tour operator enquiries and sales and marketing activities such as tour operator training and fulfillment of requests.
We are looking for someone that can manage this team in the UK and look to grow the business by taking on new hotels and resorts by offering these UK based services with a view to expanding into offering management contracts.
We are searching for someone with more rounded experience especially with some of the larger flags that would welcome the opportunity to be part of something that may develop into an exciting venture.
Although the offices are based in Northampton , we would be happy for someone to work from home initially with just a few days a week in the Northampton office, their intention would be to move to Milton Keynes which is 30 minutes train journey from Euston, so the candidate could live in London and commute.
