Job Description: Our client has asked us seek an exceptional and proven General Manager for a new luxury 40 bedroom & 60 residence suite property which is a new build 1.5 hours outside of Saigon in Vietnam.
The opening date is in the first half of 2010 and we seek recruit a candidate for December 2008
Ideally you will have Asian Experience and can maintain ethical practices and procedures. With accurate records, timely management & professional reporting, you will be a GM who can effectively manage the whole team, develop standards and ensure consistency, professionalism and attention to detail.
You must have a Knowledge of quality five star operations. and have an ability to work under pressure with demanding deadlines.
Job Requirements: Proven General Manager ideally Far East asian experience is preferred and ideally you will have proven experience in luxury resorts
Criteria You must be Educated, trained and Qualified: to Senior Secondary School High School or College Education And have recognised management qualifications.
