We presently seek a European national to work in the north of Spain , in Catalonia , 90 minutes drive from Barcelona . The resort is part of a bigger exciting group of boutique resorts, this traditional resort resembles a Catalonian village with a unique and diverse design personality constructed with stone finishes and antique woods. It will redefine Spanish hospitality, elevating it to a luxury level by presenting an uncompromised standard of luxury along with a strong sense of community. All 97 rooms provide magnificent views across the spanish country side, plus oversized bathrooms with walk-in wardrobes, shower and bathtubs. Offering personalized butler service further expounds a spanish style and theme– Redefining Experiences. The suites also have a private wine cellar with an expansive selection of wines. The property is surrounded by a twelve-acre private forest where an extensive range of activities is available. Additionally an innovative Kids Den is available that has been designed for kids, by kids, plus nature trails, private forest concerts, a honey farm and spa experiences set in the surrounding forestation, The dining experiences will include an all day traditional Spanish Tapas Restaurant to enjoy Spanish favorites such as tapas and jamoneria accompanied with wines of the region. An Asian Restaurant will be located on the floor below with cuisine reflecting the ancient Spice Route from India , China and the south of Thailand . Themed cooking stations provide the feeling of a contemporary Asian market along with a Chef's Table. A Fine Dining Restaurant serves traditional Catalonian haute cuisine around an old Catalonian styled kitchen. At the resort's main pool area there is an organic restaurant and a bar, which is adjacent to the resort's own huerta – vegetable and herb garden. Additionally, private in-villa dining experiences are arranged by villa butlers for the true romantic.
