Thankfully due to the success of our household manager, we have been asked for several new team members for extremely good positions for this this influential Greek Family, who are seeking exceptional staff to help them with their busy lives.

Private Chef
We have been asked to find an excellent all round creative private chef to cook homely food for a work 5/6 days a week, who can work long hours, ten hours days, occasionally with the need to work more, so the job requires a degree of flexibility. Probably working from 11am to cook lunch and prepare dinner served at 9pm every evening.

The chef must be able to cook for parties of between 4, 10 and 20 and should have an all round culinary ability to offer the family a variety of healthy cuisines, perhaps mediterranean, Italian, asian varieties cooked in a healthy and modern way and open to other suggestions.

The chef must be able to cook lunches and Dinners and must have a good idea of all round knowledge including, desserts, pastries, breads, main courses, fish courses, soups, pasta's and buffets. The family don't usually eat cooked breakfasts, since Cereal are mostly eaten.

Additional requirements and characteristics

• Knowledge of stock rotation, foood hygience and health and Safety.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Excellent people skills.
• Well presented
• Good disposition
• Proven track record
• Excellent references to be supplied

Additional chefs are hired when ever larger entertaining parties are required.

The role is probably live in, as staff are accommodated in an annex of the estate house
