Underbutler / Junior Butler
We have been asked to find an excellent all round junior butler, someone who has already done an apprenticeship in butlering or even private service and potentially wants to work as an understudy, the candidate might also be an outstanding Restaurant supervisor who has a proven background in hospitality who would be interested in pursuing an exciting career in private service.
We have been asked to identify candidates who are keep at thinking on their feet
Who have an eye for detail & high standards
Someone who can get on with given tasks
But someone who will work on their own iniative and has bags of common sense.
As a junior Butler, you will have had a proven career to date
Able to work long hours, when necessary,
To be an excellent team worker
To be able to diplomatic
Someone who is very presented and takes great care of themselves
Someone who can concentrate on the small details and not need checking on all the time.
Able to perform to the highest professional standards expected in high quality operations.
To work with very demanding employers so the job requires a degree of flexibility.
Excellent Communication skills & Excellent people skills.
Well presented & Good disposition
Excellent references to be supplied
Additional chefs are hired when ever larger entertaining parties are required.
The role is live in, as staff are accommodated in an annex of the estate house
