My client has asked me to identify an exceptional Chef De Cuisine for this fine dining Restaurant in the Caribbean set in an 18 th Century Estate house, with stunning views, beautiful sunsets and fine cuisine to make this venue a wonderful memory luxury Dinners, weddings or receptions.

The Restaurant embraces the past traditions of grandeur established during the eighteenth in a setting of the same warmth and camaraderie and we seek a great chef can cook for guests who will enjoy the splendour, gaiety and elegance of this great dining Restaurant.

With friendly staff, professional cuisine, soft elegant ambience and fantastic view, this restaurant is truly special offering a la carte cooking creatively cooked International cuisine into this Restaurant unique style which concentrates on fusion Asiancuisine, seating approximately 80-100 persons. 

The Restaurant has has a reputation for being first class in fine dining and we seek someone who will maintain this reputation and continue these excellent standards, hopefully assisting a great chef to continue their name or to acquire a great reputation.

Skills Required:

• Proven fine dining background, ideally in a luxury Restaurant or award wining Restaurant,
• Ideally previous Caribbean experience or luxury resorts
• Experience in Fusion, Asian Cooking with a Caribbean influences
• Proven kitchen management & Leadership skills
• Outstanding communicator
• Charismatic and warm caring personality
• Proven training, coaching and development skills
• Stock rotation and proven ability to control costs
