We are recruiting for luxury resorts.  The group is the largest employer of choice and the most decorated Caribbean hotel chain with awards.

The resort group offers luxurious accommodations, gourmet candlelit dining for two, gorgeous tropical settings and some of the world's most exquisite beaches.

This group thrive on customer satisfaction and staff appreciation and we seek Managers who want to offer excellence in these two dimensions offering a truly luxurious all-inclusive experience, They are not offering cheap food and rum punch, this is a quality resort group looking for unique managers to help develop the dream and improve the standards and define a future path in quality and services, to offer guests what they want, with Berringer house wine, (priced at US$50 a bottle), their greatest challenge is to show the world just how committed and serious they are to quality

I have been asked to identify leading Managers who are required to;-

• Lead teams to achieve the highest standards in a high quality environment

• Provide training and development opportunities
• To control costs and increase profitability
• Managers with quality volume backgrounds
• Provide onsite marketing and PR to travelling FAM trips and sales agents.
