Our client owns and operates quality all inclusive 4* resorts throughout the Caribbean and we have been asked to identify strong resort Executive Chefs with quality all inclusive experience and proven track records. Our client has been developing into the luxury market increasing the quality of product and service they offer their guests from the size of their rooms to providing Butler Service and developing the wow factor. Providing outstanding value for money offering luxurious accommodations, gourmet candlelit dining for two, gorgeous tropical settings and some of the world's most exquisite beaches throughout the Caribbean .

We have been asked to seek Executive Chefs who will look at a basic property and turn it into the grandest and most fabulous place to vacation who will work to their fullest potential & beliefs Chefs who will ensure staff all enjoyed a better life through their work with the hotel chain and we seek liked minded Chefs to reduce complex problems into quick solutions.

Chefs who have the character and personality to inspire and compliment the existing team so that guests will have a great time and focus on rewarding repeat guests. We seek Chefs who thrive on customer satisfaction and staff appreciation who are able to offer luxurious all-inclusive experiences.

Our client's greatest challenge is to show the world just how committed and serious they are to quality. They are not offering cheap food and rum punch, this is a quality resort group looking for unique Chefs to help develop the dream and improve the standards and define a future path in quality and services, to offer guests what they want.

Customers expectations have vastly increased and the group want to exceed those expectations by leading the way in quality offering rooms estimated from US$400-a-night upwards, with additional superior quality and luxury, giving people something they've never seen before.  Modern facilities, quality rooms, huge investments, flat screen TVs, fine dining restaurants and high levels of exceptional service, some say much higher than most luxury resorts in the Caribbean hence even butler service. Delivering extremely high standards of services for a great price to achieve great value for money.

Now the group are hiring the most qualified professionals to continue strengthening their development to ensure the small details separate them from their competition. The Chef's job on the ground is to ensure that their teams are delivering the vision and maintaining the very highest standards.

I have been asked to identify leading Chefs who are required to;-

• Lead teams to achieve the highest standards in a high quality environment
• Chefs able to effectively communicate and motivate large teams
• Provide training and development opportunities
• Control costs and increase profitability
• Chefs with quality volume backgrounds
• Provide onsite marketing and PR to travelling FAM trips and sales agents.
• Ensure all guests' enormous expectations are met.

Chefs will be short listed based upon

• Exceptional references
• Exceptional proven track record
• Ability to present themselves, clearly in writing detailing a similar successful career in large volume operations.
• Proven Caribbean or resort background and experience
• Strong proven backgrounds.
