Our client is opening a selection of five star Boutique hotels in Europe with Destination restaurants, exciting food & Beverage concepts and & quality Conference and Banqueting facilities.

Ideally, we seek an outstanding European Chef who has gained experience across Europe, in countries like Austria, Switzerland, France, Germany, who has excellent leadership and communication skills, a keen motivator and someone who can offer a guiding hand to each hotel chef.

Ideally we seek a chef who has group experience where they will be located in each hotel to establish operational standards, culinary standards, managment standards and cost control standards.

International experience in Europe and possibly Asia to bring exciting cuisines which could appeal to a predominant Soviet & Turkish Culture.
