Our client is opening a new luxury five star hotel in main land china in NOVEMBER 2007 and we are presently assisting to locate an exceptional Sales & Marketing Diretor with an extensive background in mainland china with sales & Marketing skills essential who can come on board in July 2007 or earlier.

The operation will be one of the most impressive 5* deluxe properties, offering over 8 F&B outlets & exciting concepts with additional state of the art large volume of conference and banqueting facilities, luxury Butler service on its executive floor, as well as innovative refreshing service in the centre of this modern City, which is facing the East China Sea, on the Coast.

We are looking for someone who has the experience to assist new operations with new openings, someone who is additionally strong in putting new five star properties on the map, assisting develop new customer markets and help filling the hotel to maximum yield whilst also generating the right image and branding to allow the media plan to target the correct PR and target groups.

We seek a dynamic management team who are willing to commit to daily operations and offer a leadership role, someone extra special, ideally someone who from a background in similar large volume operations, service lead, high on standards but also high on BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT and profit orientated.

Ideally we are searching for leaders who will invigorate and motivate those around them.

Ideally candidates will preferably have mostly Asian or international experience at luxurious five star brand level with the confidence and style to compliment this luxurious brand.
