Our client is a Boutique resort group based in India Ocean and Middle East , looking at a rapid development in the next 5 years, with openings scheduled for the Maldives , Seychelles , Asia , Middle East , North Africa and Caribbean .

We seek an exceptional Projects manager with a very strong background in Food & Beverage concepts who could be involved in assisting develop food and beverage services operations, facilities, standards, training and Personnel.

The candidate will be part of a young team of Executives who will be hands on, able to jump into any situation, happy to travel and be on call at a moments notice.

Effectively we seek someone highly creative with opening experience at five star level from a resort background.

The right candidate will be offered a 2 year contract and potentially could be offered either a career path in project management or the potential

Able to train and develop local teams to achieve exceptional high standards.
Strong project management ability

Able to travel single or able to travel single
