Position Title: Food & Beverage Manager
Reporting to: Director of Food & Beverage

Essentially, someone who has opening experience

We are seeking good, solid candidates for our Food & Beverage Manager position, who must be Arabic speaking and have extensive 5 star volume multi-outlet operation background(any with prior proven track record with big IHG, 4 Seasons, Grand Hyatt properties preferred).

Prior expat experience in GCC very important.
Start date is from now to the first week of October 07 at the latest.

Primary responsibility will be to assist with the pre opening & operation of all the Food & beverage operations across two hotels in Dubai opening later this year. This includes 8 restaurants, 2 bars, 2 lobby lounges and poolside/room service/amenities/mini bar.

Basic Salary 12,000 AED total monthly salary including utility, commodity, laundry allowance etc benefits

Housing Allowance 60,500.00 AED Annual
Furnishing Loan 1 month basic salary amortized over 24 months
Airline Ticket Economy/Excursion round trip upon completion of one year of service and once a year there after to country of origin for self, spouse plus one child
