Our World Class Boutique resort group is currently seeking a highly proficient, likeminded Group General Manager with an aspiration to be the best Resort Group in the Maldives and Indian Ocean. .

We are seeking a proven Strategist who can lead from the from and demonstrate enand product expected from this leading resort. .

This position will have a seat on the Board of Directors and will be responsble for implementing the groups Strategy to effectively become the number one luxury resort group in the Maldlives.

As Group General Manager you will oversee and co-ordinate the actions of all the hotels in the region and ensure a smooth integration of the group, with the smooth introducton of additional luxury properties.

This new position will allow you to provide support to the general managers of each hotel ensuring best practice is adopted throughout the group to maximise profitability.

Your role will be to oversee the development plans of the Group and ensure a seamless service is integrated into each resort. in the region.

The Group General Manager will oversee and work closely with each resort operation and the business development, marketing, finance and human resources teams.

Playing a pivotal role, the Resort General Manager will ensure that each resort continues to deliver the ‘dream' that it represents by providing outstanding service to all our guests, whilst maximizing the returns for all stakeholders.

We seek a Group General Manager who will provide leadership and strategic management to the team to drive future development.

You will maximize resort revenues whilst ensuring that each guest is provided with the vision of The Resort Group.

You will motivate and mentor your team of General Managers and support and guide them in resort operations and development.

You will identify growth potential and nurture it by providing diverse training to the team.

You will empower your team of General Managers to create an environment which is guest-driven and ensure that the vision of The Resort Group inspires each team member to Make A Difference.

You will have had senior experience of working in luxury hotels and have worked in similar resort environments in very senior management roles.

You are qualified and have strong customer focus and people skills combined with a solid all round understanding of luxury resort operations.

You are a natural leader who possess a strong and established track record in developing and shaping relationships with team members to result in increased productivity of the team and thus providing an outstanding service to the guests.

You have extensive experience in luxury resort operations
