RESTAURANT MANAGER

CARIBBEAN - $30k PLUS BENEFITS

We are seeking a quality Restaurant Manager, for this 70 Suite luxury resort in the Caribbean . The restaurant is a stand alone restaurant outside the resort, and needs to be run as a separate business.

They must be customer facing, able to check buffets lines, heath and safety conscious and creative. Ideally we want someone to come in very fast and who is dedicated.

The resort itself has another two restaurants (Fine dining) and one more informal, however for the stand alone restaurant we seek someone with a great flair for service and training, someone who can teach and guide their team to perform exact standards. They are no functions as such and breakfast is included in the rate (so everyone takes it) and it is done in buffet style.

The position is open to ideally single candidates and is worth a good net salary, medical, bonus, accommodation allowance and other ex pat benefits.

Ideally you will be able to send us your CV and photo and include your references, preference to someone who has worked in the Caribbean could be viewed first, although resort experience will count.

We need someone dedicated, opens up, receives stock, closes at night. Ideally this would suit someone from a very smart restaurant background, in the position of Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager whom is ready for the next step up and has the experience to support the step up, with some overseas experience.

This position also includes accommodation for a single candidate, and utility costs will be covered and the successful candidate will be provided with a flight to their passport country once a year.
