The company aims to satisfy the increasing demand for unique luxury holiday experiences and to cater for a niche at the luxury end of the holiday market.
With a collection of Resort Spa’s set in desirable locations they offer their guests a retreat of relaxing and euphoric activities. Each resort is different allowing guests to distinguish the properties by the unique experience that each one offers, rather than purely on their star rating. Each resort offers a unique fine dining experience, where local delicacies are complimented with Asian and contemporary cuisine to enlighten their taste buds and offers something completely different and inspiring.
Located in Dubai, the property has four equestrian sporting fields and equine facilities set within vast, beautifully groomed gardens, landscaping and water features.
Accommodation in this boutique retreat will be 24 rooms and villas, consisting of thirteen beautifully appointed Rooms with views over the main equestrian fields and estate grounds
The hotel will offer the feeling of an exclusive retreat with the ambience of residing in a private home or estate. In addition to the resort experience, the hotel will showcase Dubai as a key destination in the world of Equestrian sports with World renown competitions.
Our client is seeking an experienced, Human Resources Manager, who will be responsible for the efficient operations of the HR Department to maintain a consistently high standard.
Playing a fundamental role, the Human Resources Manager will ensure that the HR team are expertly trained to anticipate and deliver the necessary requirements and exceed expectations. The Human Resources Manager will be a hands-on, proactive manager who will promote efficient work practices with an uncompromising commitment to high standards.
You must have significant experience in all aspects of hotel/resort HR operations at a supervisory or management level, focussed on the little details that have a great and lasting impact, organised, consistent and efficient, highly effective skills in leadership, training and bringing out the best in your team.
You will also have energy, determination, passion, skills, creativity and experience to drive the resort to the highest level of success.
The package:
Tax Free Salary (negotiable), medical insurance, flight ticket to passport country once a year, shared accommodation on the estate, all meals, uniform, 4 weeks holiday p.a., minimum 2 year contract.
