MALDIVES - $48k, PLUS EXCELLENT BENEFITS AND BONUS

A private island operation in the Maldives, acclaimed as one of the most beautiful islands in the region seeks an exceptional candidate to manage this resort with over 100 luxuriously appointed villas and suites.

The property also boasts five F&B operations as well as superb recreational facilities including spa and extensive water sports.

We are looking for a candidate with a ROOMS BIAS who will have exceptional experience in both opening and managing deluxe standard 5 star operations similar to “Small Luxury Hotels of the World” properties and preferably with experience in the South East Asian Region.

You will be overseeing a staff of over 300 and with the management team, be required to maintain and motivate this group to provide a quality of service this operation is famed. It will also be necessary for the successful applicant to bring their experience in both Rooms and F&B to the role to further enhance the resorts exceptionally high standards.

Good Leader, Excellent Communicator, Hands On, Dynamic, Creative, Modern And Pro-Active., High Self Esteem – Quality And Detail Minded, Good Administrative Skills, Asian Resorts Experience In 5* Properties., 3 Years Experience In Similar Position With Recognized Achievements, Pre Opening & Opening Experierence

The candidate should focus on Pre-opening & opening tasks, team building & work, setting up high standards, implementation of p&p, focus on front office, maintenance & guests services

Ideal candidatews should be even tempered, mature, strong interpersonal skills, able to live in a restricted and concealed environment with no social, cultural, family life. Good administration skills, cross cultural understanding. Commitment to excellence

• Ideally single or if married you will have no children and 30 days annual leave with air ticket to passport country. Salary available offering up to $48K, with relocation costs, with a Rest and recouparation clause.

• Accommodation in a villa – Beverage Allowance U$200 per month, access FOC to most facilities.
