RECREATION MANAGER

DUBAI - $30k, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

One of Dubai 's most DECADENT hotels currently seeks a Recreation Manager to ensure the recreational health club and spa standards are upheld.

With over 100 elegant suites, rooms and poolside Chalets. 6 restaurant outlets, room service and conference facilities for over a thousand people this hotel offers an excellent career challenge to the right candidate.

We are seeking a ‘hands on' Recreation Manager that has had experience in a similar title, and having been a manager in the recreational field.

You will inspire, motivate and develop your team to ensure that a quality service is offered and the hotels excellent 5 star standards are maintained.

Working in the health club spa facilities, the main duties will consist of ensuring that all areas are carefully looked after, and meet the necessary health and safety standards and cleaned to guarantee a pleasant environment for guests and members.

Prepare the annual department budget and ensure that sales and costs are in line throughout the year. And train all members of staff to sell membership.

You will also be required to engage specialized instructors (tennis, water sports etc.) and certify they have the necessary qualifications as well as the interpersonal skills.

Monitoring the food and beverage establishments within the health club areas, ensuring they are maintained and that all Food Hygienic and Health and Safety Regulations are upheld at all times.

You will receive a tax free salary and a 1 bedroom apartment will also be included in the package and one flight per year to the destination of your passport origin.
