Executive Assistant Manager, Maldives

Our client is a young dynamic Boutique Resort Offering luxury retreats: resorts, spas and residences, and are looking to expand throughout the Indian Ocean and Asia .

They are presently seeking a highly proficient, likeminded EAM, who will report to the Area General Manager and work closely with our onsite operations teams.

Situated on a pristine island resort offering 43 bungalows fusing contemporary design with traditional Maldivian style.

The appointed person will play a pivotal role as the EAM will ensure that our client continues as a market leader in an increasingly competitive field.

This position is responsible for the following:

•  Primarily oversees the efficient and effective running of the Rooms Division (Front office and Housekeeping) development, Transport, F&B, Kitchen / stewarding, Engineering and IT.

•  Overseeing all operations teams, working closely with Human Resources Business development and Finance teams whilst delivering the best service to our guests.

•  The overall Daily Operations of the resort, including product development and achieving budget, internal and external business development, and implementing and refining operational systems & standards.

Ideally you would have worked in the luxury Hotels and Appropriate qualification(s) and significant experience within the hospitality and / or Resort environment. Strong customer focus and people skills combined with a solid all round understanding of luxury resort operations.

You will possess a strong and established track record in developing and shaping complex long term relationship with team members to deliver impressive service to our guest.

Also, you will be talented and focussed professional who can make an impact, exceptionally managing multi nationalities of team members. Highly effective skills in communication and relationship building. The ability to track competitor trends and conduct Operations analysis and you will have energy, drive and determination

Package:
Salary in USD Tax Free, which is negotiable depending of experience.

A performance bonus of up to 30% of salary, medical insurance and free ticket to passport country once a year. Also, 4 flight tickets to the value of $400, every 4 months, accommodation and all meals and non alcoholic drinks are free.

Minimum contract of 2 years.
