ASSISTANT RECREATION MANAGER

One of Dubai 's most DECADENT hotels currently seeks an Assistant Recreation Manager to ensure the recreational health club and spa standards are upheld.

With over 100 elegant suites, rooms and poolside Chalets. 6 restaurant outlets, room service and conference facilities for over a thousand people this hotel offers an excellent career challenge to the right candidate.

We are seeking a ‘hands on' Assistant Recreation Manager that has had experience in a similar title, supervising a minimum of 30 members of staff in the recreational field.

You will inspire, motivate and develop your team to ensure that a quality service is offered and the hotels excellent 5 star standards are maintained.

Working in the health club spa facilities, the main duties will be to assist the Recreation Manager to run a smooth operation and a well run department. Producing the necessary paperwork (administration) for advertisements and club announcements.

With a full understanding of the gym facilities, memberships and coaching, massage and aerobics fees, you will be able to guarantee that the staff is well trained.

Whilst also mentoring staff, you will be available to assist with club inductions and creating appropriate programs for guests. Also, working along side coaches and instructors to ensure the facilities are set up correctly for classes.

You will receive a tax free salary and a shared apartment will also be included in the package and one flight per year to the destination of your passport origin.
