ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGERS DUBA I

DUBAI - $14,700, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

Our client is an outstanding 5 star International Resort group that are based in Dubai, whom are currently seeking professional and experienced Assistant Restaurant Managers to assist with their Restaurants, and reporting to the Assistant Outlets Manager.

Based in one of their resorts in Dubai , you will ensure that customers are served efficiently and courteously. Meeting the guest's requirements and needs, and maintaining the standards of this world class resort.

You will support the Assistant Outlets Manager leading a team of staff to provide excellent service, assisting with staff training as and when required and also taking on supervisory responsibility in the Managers absence, or as when requested.

Also, you will take responsibility for stock and inventory of dry goods and the maintenance of the outlets in the resort.

You must be fluent in English and one other language, written and spoken.

Due to the nature of this position, you must have excellent food and beverage knowledge (including wines) and have previous experience in a 5 star International Hotel in a similar role.

You must also be computer literate.

Package:
You will receive a tax free salary, accommodation (for single occupancy only), medical benefit, meals, performance bonus, service charge and one annual flight per origin of your passport.

Please note that this position is for a single candidate, or a married candidate that is willing to travel on single occupancy. The successful candidate will only be offered accommodation that will suit one person only.

Working Hours

As per UAE labour law, nine hours per day or 48 hours per week plus an hour break per day. (Refer individual contract)
