GROUP FINANCE MANAGER, DUBAI

Based in Dubai with travelling all over the Middle East

We are seeking a finance manager to oversea the development of a fine dining restaurant Group Brand being rolled out in the Middle East , based in the UAE, Dubai .

The restaurant group is developing a fine dining michelin star brand as well sa creating their own brand of restaurants.

Our client needs a Group Finance manager to direct team on all financial and policy matters to maximise profitability and ensure all control procedures on implemented on an operational basis. It is also thought that a clear understanding of IT systems will be important to this role.

The aim is to be ready for IPO in three years, so we need somebody with flair strong analytical skills but not necessarily the experience in F&B.

The appointed person will play a pivotal role in the groups development and will ensure that our client continues as a market leader in an increasingly competitive field.

This position is responsible for the following:

•  Working with a group GM, the Finance manager will oversees the efficient and effective running of groups development and policy setting.

•  The overall finance operations and and control procedures for the group including product development and achieving budget, internal and external business development, and implementing and refining operational systems & standards.

The salary package is according to experience but include all normal expat packages. We will be more likely looking for someone that already in the MEA region.

Package:
Negotiable and all normal expat benefits Minimum contract of 2 years.
