We are seeking to recruit a top calibre international Executive Housekeeper who is French speaking with 5 star resort experience, preferably gained at least in part in Asia , and knows the Leading Hotels of the World standards.

Our client has just introduced a personalized butler service and we are want a great Housekeeper, with previous Butler experience to bring those standards up.

Butlers were initially promoted as valets hence they are under the housekeeping dept. In a hotel where there is no tradition of trained butlers in Mauritius . We are giving them lots of training but it's an uphill struggle.

French is a requirement. Single or partnered is irrelevant we have no preference.

The candidate would be provided a house, a special end of year bonus depending on meeting or exceeding objectives, a food and beverage allowance, reasonable relocation allowance, 30 days annual leave with air tickets for self, spouse and children if any.
