We are presently seeking a great Butler for one of the leading formula One boss's - we seek a candidate who can speak. This role is very special and does not come around every day, you can imagine that this candidate will need to be outstanding in every area, but also flexible enough not to want a day off a week, sometimes for weeks at a time, they make up the time when the client goes away with 4 weeks holidays a year.,
We require someone able to travel at the drop of a hat; therefore a European passport holder would be better suited in particular we would favour a Portuguese, French, Italian or Spanish Butler. Due to the nature of our clientslifestyle, the butler's duties may interact with the housekeeper, chauffeur etc so we need someone who does not mind doing what is not 'written in their contract'.
The ideal candidate will be relatively young, dynamic, able to work on his own initiative, ie once you have learnt how they want things done you will do them without being prompted all the time!!
The have a small team of domestic staff, housekeeper, chef and chauffeur, the candidate must be able to work as part of a team.
Mainly based in London, the position will sometime require to travel to various destinations including long period on a boat.
In view of how our life is, we feel that a young butler, willing to learn and shows a lot of initiative is probably better than someone who has a lot of experience set within your ideas.
Some degree of experience would be good but frankly our client is happy to mould someone to our liking.
