Ideally you will have Asian Experience and can maintain ethical accounting practices and procedures. With accurate accounting records, timely management &statutory financial reports who can effectively manage the Finance Department personnel. To maintain accounting procedures in accordance with Internationally Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
At the same time you must be able to Maintain accurate, concise and reconciled General Ledger of Accounts, Maintain necessary books and records as required by law and Maintain the fixed asset register.
You must have a Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, thorough knowledge of Hotel Accounting concepts, principles and procedures and have an ability to work under pressure with demanding deadlines, be Computer literate with Hotel Industry software and general office software and have a Knowledge of tax and labor laws in Asia .
Criteria
You must be Educated, trained and Qualified: to Senior Secondary School High School or College Education And have recognised Accounting Certificate.
With a Minimum of 3 years Hotel Accounting Office experience as a Financial Controller and / or Assistant Financial Controller position and experience as an Auditor for Hotels is considered an asset.
We require a strong FC who is anExcellent communicator Honest, hard working and deadline oriented, someone who is Strict, firm and calm , Accurate and efficient and have Leadership qualities.
