5* LUXURY RESORT, MALDIVES $2,200

A private island operation in the Maldives , acclaimed as one of the most beautiful islands in the region seeks an exceptional candidate to manage the housekeeping operation of this resort with over 100 luxuriously appointed villas and suites. The property also boasts five F&B operations as well as superb recreational facilities including spa and extensive water sports.

We are looking for a strong candidates who will have exceptional experience in both managing deluxe standard 5 star operations similar to “Small Luxury Hotels of the World” properties and preferably with experience in the South East Asian Region and with a minimum of 3 years experience in the same position, 5 * experience chain & individual properties. The property boasts over 90 Villas with 4 F&B outlets as well as luxury Spa & Other facilities. You will be running a department with a team 30+ personnel in the Housekeeping Department and will be expected to train, develop and maintain the highest standards at all times.

You will be assist to oversee a large staff and would be required to maintain and motivate this team to provide a quality of service this operation is famed. It will also be necessary for the successful applicant to bring their experience in to the role to further enhance the resorts exceptionally high standards, therefore strong training skills and good business skills would be beneficial. The right candidate will have previous pre-opening and opening experience as well as possessing high levels of self motivation and administrative skills.

With an eye for detail and a passion for high quality hotel keeping as well as a highly visible approach to the running of the property will be vital to the success of this position. Future prospect for advancement exist within this resort hotel group for those who are pro-active, committed, industrious and target orientated. This property is located in a remote location and we would prefer single candidates or candidates with partners only.
