One of Jordans most prominent and gracious familes are presently seeking a free thinking experienced hospitality manager, to take charge of their home in Jordan and to travel with them to their other homes around jordan .

The manager we recruit may have worked with other prominent familes or in a Boutique Resort style operation who is able to adapt to a modern home situation in a more relaxed manner.

We are seeking someone who wishes to make a career change as a household manager, someone with a modern approach, who can manage a small but talented team to establish standards and establish a professional discipline and keep the whole team on guard with a flexible working approach.

The need for someone “hands on”, rather than an office manager is crucial in ensuring that our manager gains the immediate respect to establishs the necessary authority to ensure that this family home is able and ready to entertain other prominent guests or private family member at a moments notice.

Able to train, set standards and cross check these, you will be responsible for all Cleaners, food service staff and gardeners and work closely with the kitchen staff whilst developing the familes likes and dislikes. Expertise in Laundry management and Ironing would be of enormous benefit.

Working 6 days a week, your hours will be dictated by the families needs, and long hours may some times be required. Your skill will be one of preparation, organisation and motivation, where it is suggested that you randomly come into work at different hours to ensure your team maintain exceptional levels of service.

You will be provided with a comfortable appartment in Amman Jordan , company car and will be generously looked after whilst your salary will be in line with your experience.

Previous managers have been with the family for many years and ideally we seek a young manager who wants to make Jordan their Home for many years to come.
