Our client is opening a small luxury Spa Boutique Resort in Dubai. which will be unlike anything that has been seen there before as our client opens an emerging portfolio of imaginative luxury retreats.

They are currently looking to hire an Head Housekeeper to help launch their new resort. The company aims to satisfy the increasing demand for unique luxury holiday experiences and to cater for a niche at the luxury end of the holiday market.

With a collection of Resort Spa's set in desirable locations they offer their guests a retreat of relaxing and euphoric activities. Each resort is different allowing guests to distinguish the properties by the unique experience that each one offers, rather than purely on their star rating. Each resort offers a unique fine dining experience, where local delicacies are complimented with Asian and contemporary cuisine to enlighten their taste buds and offer something completely different and inspiring.

The resort will employ less than 50 staff and therefore the managers employed will share the Duty Management and live on site in elegant accommodation.

With an eye for detail and a passion for high quality hotel keeping as well as a highly visible approach to the running of the housekeeping department,

Future prospect for advancement exist within this resort hotel group for those who are pro-active, committed, industrious and target orientated. This property is located in remote locations and we would prefer single candidates or candidates who are accompanied by spouse only (no children).

Asian resorts experience in 5* properties.
3 years experience in similar position with recognized achievements
Pre opening & opening experierence
Pre-opening & opening tasks, team building & work, setting up high standards, menus & themes, focus on training & innovation.
Even tempered, mature, strong interpersonal skills, able to live in a restricted and concealed environment with no social, cultural, family life. Good administration skills, cross cultural understanding. Good physical condition. Commitment to excellence.
