With over 200 stunning luxury hotel rooms overlooking fashionable areas of London, the hotel offers unique and sumptuous suites , all with a fantastic views of central London and Her majesties parks and is within easy reach of the city's finest restaurants, shops and theatres. The hotel has been meticulously restored to its original grandeur, capturing the intimacy and elegance of a 19th Century residence. It represents a revival of traditional hospitality where each visitor is greeted as an honoured guest as if in a private home with all guests being assisted by personal butlers. It is thought that the Butler service will be offered only to the suites where VIPs, celebrities and Royalty are accommodated.
The hotel presently has a Guest Floor Manager on each floor acting as the guest's personal butler and the head butler will ensure that each guest receives the personal attention they deserve, offering exceptional service, packing, unpacking, in room entertaining, concierge, reception, and portering, laundering, and ensuring that all their personal needs are taken care of.
Ideally the head butler will be able to write the standards of performance manual and ensure that each member of his butler team comes up to the same professional standards expected by VIPS and Royalty when traveling to create a home from home.

The butler who applies for this position will know exactly what is required and will be able to talk at length the requirements necessary. Y ou will be able to train to the highest standards to ensure that you are able to fulfill any guest requirement with style, competence and discretion ensuring that our guests are cared for in our tradition of excellence.
To be considered for this position, you need:
A minimum of 7 - 10 - 15 years hotel experience or senior VIP household management.
Ability to train and communicate a team of butlers.
Excellent written & spoken English with the ability to communicate at all levels
High level of discretion.

Able to demonstrate excellent standards of professionalism
