We have a client who is working on behalf of a mineral water company who seek to promote a bottled water firm
They are looking to promote a new innovative product through a series of promotional drops at magazine and publishing houses in London .
Our PR agency have been asked to plan to deliver a fine dining pack to a number of key journalists and to demonstrate the high quality of the pack and the bottled water
They intend to hire a butler for a day to deliver these fine dining packs and demonstrate the innovative new product.
We plan to target ten publications at the most and the butler will be transported between each location, with one of our team accompanying them probably in a limousine.
The event is due to take place later in the summer. We need a good photo and a very short summary and probably a cost of what you would expect for a days wage. My suggestion would be around the £200 mark.
We asked if the Butler would need to say anything and we were informed that nothing huge if at all, perhaps a small greeting but nothing scripted.
They will probably just need to deliver the package and perhaps pour one drink but they will not need to describe the product or anything like that as a member of our team will be on hand with information and probably an accompanying press release for the journalist.
As our butler for the day, we would expect at least 3 of IGBH Business cards to be left with the Journalists concerned.
