Our client is a fantastic International French chain of exquisite Restaurant and Pastry shops across the Middle East to accompany the chain, serving their luxurious brand. The restaurant group is developing a fine dining Michelin star restaurant brand in the Middle East and are also creating their own brand of fine dining restaurants & exquisite pastry shops.

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager, with a minimum of 10 years experience, and must have remained in the same position for the past 2 years.

Helping to product high quality products, it is very important that the successful candidate have excellent communication skills and they will also require excellent training skills, as they will lead a team of 5 people.

Also, he/she will assist the outlet manager in the day-to-day of the operation.

In return, the successful candidate will be paid a maximum of $19,780 (depending of experience) including expat benefits. The appointed person will play a pivotal role in the groups development and will ensure that our client continues as a market leader in an increasingly competitive field.

Our client is seeking to hire an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to help manage their Finance Department and oversee the Middle Eastern Group based in Dubai .

Our client needs an Assistant Finance manager to direct this group; the aim is to be ready for IPO in three years, so we need somebody with flair strong analytical skills but not necessarily the experience in F&B.

This position is responsible for the following:

•  Working with a group Finance manager they will oversees the efficient and effective running of groups development and policy setting.

•  The overall finance operations and control procedures for the group including product development and achieving budget, internal and external business development, and implementing and refining operational systems & standards.

The salary package is according to experience but include all normal expat packages. We will be more likely looking for someone that already in the UAE region.

Preferably, the ideal candidate will already have UAE experience in Finance and a Restaurants or Food and Beverage background would be very beneficial.

With at least 5 to 7 years experience in the field, the candidate must be financially minded, a very strong communicator and also very well organised.

This position may suit a strong Financial Executive that is ready to take on more responsibility and progress with their career.

he candidate will be requested to do monthly reports in person to the board of directors of Group, In return, the candidate will get a maximum salary of $59,000 (depending on experience), with expat benefits. An all inclusive package is available.
