Our client is a fantastic International French chain of exquisite Restaurant and Pastry shops across the Middle East to accompany the chain, serving their luxurious brand. The restaurant group is developing a fine dining Michelin star restaurant brand in the Middle East and are also creating their own brand of fine dining restaurants & exquisite pastry shops.
We are looking for an experienced French Executive Pastry Chef to lead a team of 40 and to supervise the standards and quality of 4 outlets of high end products.
He/she will overlook the day-today- operations of the entire Central Production Unit (CPU), including the standards and operation of the hot and savoury production department.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years experience in 5* hotels or similar standards institutions, having been in the same position, with responsibilities for at least 3 years. Also, they MUST have strong knowledge of pastry, chocolate and bakery.
Experience of big productions and outdoor catering set up would be very advantageous.
Working directly under the supervision of the Head Office, they will have space to develop their own recipes too.
In return, the successful candidate will be paid a maximum of $60,000 (depending of experience) including expat benefits. An all inclusive package is also available.
