One of Jamaica's most established luxury 5* resorts groups, seeks an outstanding Food & Beverage Manager with proven track record in management, sales development, people development & training, control procedures and operational standards

This resort is part of a collection of 4 stunning resort which has just undergone refurbishment with over 300 rooms and over 6 unique food outlets / Concepts, and has been established for 28 years.

Offering exceptional service and a very high quality productt, the level of service required needs constant delivery and development, so the ideal F&B manager must have a proven ability at getting the best from their team and communication skills will need of the highest standard. The ideal candidate will have impeccable English speaking skills

Our candidate will be someone extra special, ideally someone who has the experience of leading more than 4 F&B outlets, someone who is service lead, high on standards but also someone who is considered a business leader. Someone creative and fast thinking, someone who can work with an executive team and develop the concepts and outlets at present to ensure that the Outlets are current and offering the latest food and service trends

Your ability to meet & deliver profit targets is essential, but your ability to control costs, inventories, control and purchase will all be skills that come easily to you.

Ideally single, you will have already gained international experience and you must demonstrate confidence and good character. Ideally 5 - 10 years F&B Management experience
