OPERATIONS MANAGER

JAMAICA - SALARY $50,000 depending on experience.

We are presently seeking a strong Operations manager with established experience in food and beverage to take on a number two role for this five star leisure property in Jamaica with over 234 exquisitely appointed rooms & suites,three unique restaurants and two bars, set amongst 18 acres of lush tropics and white beaches.

Ideally our candidate will have experience in luxury resorts and hotels, either from within the Caribean, or from International quality resorts.

Our candidate must have proven skills in leadership, management, control and sales and marketing, and exceptionally people skills.

•  Our minimum requirement is 5 years experience in a Senior Management Position or as an Operations Manager in a Hotel

•  A Degree in Hospitality Management and a clear understanding of the Hospitality Industry.

•  Excellent customer service skills and the ability to relate well with persons at all levels

•  Positive work ethics and work attitude in this 6 day week.

•  Able to lead, motivate and work well in a team

•  computer literate

•  Have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Finance and the ability to maintain and control costs.
