ISLAND HOST MANAGER

SALARY $42,000.

We are seeking an exceptional Manager ideally young and gifted, with a rooms background, but also with all round management skills, who could manage a unique Island resort.

The island manager have proven high standards amd be able to take on a hands on role able to add a new dimension to this operation.

With experience in Food and Beverage and Rooms you will be willing to get involved in all aspects of the operation and lead a small team to perfection, able to lead in delivering exceptional service and customer care skills.

We seek someone enthusiastic and well motivated, who can motivate their team and be a positive force, whilst acting as the face of the resort.

Potential candidates could be developed into more senior AGM or GM positions as the group expands and develops.

Once a week, the Island manager will fly to the main resort and take part in weekly Operations and HOD meetings and will also complete exchange visits with senior managers so that the resorts become fully integrated.

There are only six luxuriously appointed, fully air-conditioned rooms , each partnered with its own intimate Beach Bungalow with an outdoor bathroom and waterfall showers. Each has a handcrafted Maldivian sailboat with simplistic elegance, each with traditional ivory sails and motor. At night Butler transform the deck into a sensual setting for dining under the stars.

Guests enjoy the professionalism of a butler, captain and two additional crew members, on call 24 hours a day throughout their stay and can be taken to specially selected snorkelling spots. Whatever the customer desires or needs, they are there to ensure that everything is taken care of right down to the finest detail.

Private aircraft and customs clearance are all part of the service. For private dinning arrangements the choice is yours, chef prepare menus specially designed and can personalise menus to eat on a secluded part of the beach, boat, bungalow or anywhere guests might choose. The resort has a bar open 24 hours with a host on hand to mix the perfect margarita and also offers a Sen. Spa with an internationally trained therapist to select treatments to satisfy each guest. The island can be booked EXCLUSIVELY, catering for two to twenty-four guests at any one time. With exclusive use, guests can enjoy the entire island without having to worry about others. Ultimate privacy from the paparazzi is assured whilst on the island, not a single long lens or flashgun in sight.
