CARIBBEAN - SALARY NEGOTIABLE

Our client is opening a brand new resort in  The Eastern Caribbean and  is  looking to hire opening team members  in December and January this year .    The new Resort and International Spa is of a 5 star rating and is decorated to  compliment the Islands environment.   The resort consists of 50 units, including beach front penthouses, townhouses, executive apartments, garden pavilions and junior suites, with a combination of public and private pools.

With 2 restaurants offering a blend of fine dining and light meals, and gourmet cuisine produced from the local produce. Also, guests have the option of Room Service or visiting the Bar for small snacks.

Guests  will have access to a gymnasium, tennis courts and an international spa and well being centre.   Interested candidates must ideally have had Eastern Caribbean experience, also they must have a proven track record and may also have been involved in refurbishments or new openings.  We are looking at very tactile managers, managers who like to lead from the front and who inspire, motivate and develop their team.

Our client is seeking an experienced, Engineer, who will be responsible for the efficient operations of the maintenance department to ensure that the resort, its amenities and facilities and equipment are maintained at all times to the highest standards.
