SECURITY GUARD

DUBAI - SALARY $24,000.

We are seeking an excellent Seecurity Manager responsible for two hotels Safety & Security, the salary is $ 24,000 per year plus expatriate Benefits benefits and the job could start as soon as possible. The ideally candidate will be aged 28 and 35, and should be Male.

With over 250 rooms and 130 suites, Ideally the right candidate will have done this job with a m inimum of 2 years experience in similar field 5 star hotel and should have an outstanding command of English. We are looking for someone very sharp and able to think on his feet, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills and someone who maintains a strong sense of confidentiality.

They must be able to work under the hotels main guidelines, within the limits of hotel policies and procedures, and be responsible for all security and safety matters, duties are many, but in essense, no unauthorized persons must enter the hotel premises and all persons properly seeking admission are courteously received and assisted. Experience must be had with with security checks and searches on staff and contractors entering and leaving the hotel. Local contacts with the civil police and government departments associated with security will be essential.

Experience of anti-terrorist and bomb threat procedures, able to act as a leader giving prompt assistance in case of an accident, fire or other emergency.

To be aware and known of the hotel fire/bomb plan, including all fire equipments and procedures relating to these.

To comply & report Fire Safety Standards to the Resident Manager /Hotel Management in writing via Online Security Log, and carry out immediate remedial action as required.

Supervision and leadership of security personnel is paramount to the success of this role and proven management must be evident. Overall, we seek someone confident who will efficiency, confidence, courtesy and work an extremely high standard of social skills.
