HOUSEHOLD MANAGER

GENEVA - SALARY NEGOTIABLE

We are seeking an exceptional House Manager in Geneva with responsibility for certainly one substantial property in Lebanon to manage around 6 house staff, maybe a Lebanese cook), 3 drivers.

Our client is around 40 with a young wife and 2 beautiful children. The family is one of the Middle East 's most influential families extremely nice, genteel and westernised, both respectful and kind to their staff.

They are seeking a very experienced Manager who will take the time to sort the house out as there has never been such a person employed before, to put systems and schedules into place, but after that it should be a simple job. although everything is subject to change. However, the manager must have a very good understanding of what service is about, since leadership from the front, training and standards are paramount to the success of this role. The position reports into the lady of the house

Accommodation is provided but in a small cottage or apartment specially built for the successful candidate therefore not fully live-in

financially it starts at 35k £ sterling but for the right candidate it will be negotiable. The position will be rewarding, with a good house and good conditions. Arabic as well as French language skills are helpful but not necessary. Age probably not less than 40yrs for the experience factor.

Middle East experience would be very useful although they are an international family, it might be possible for some training in Riyadh  with another Butler .

This is an immediate start as they have been looking 6 months.
