THE HAGUE, NETHERLANDS - $63K depending on experience

Our client, whom is a very well known politic person in The Netherlands, is currently seeking an exceptional Head Butler to help manager their house in The Hague.

Ideally, you will have experience in house management and experience in dinner party organising.

The duties consist of the responsibility for daily inspection of the entire residence to insure that everything is clean and in order.  Serve meals for the family and for official guests. Make arrangements for dinners, parties, and receptions, as and when required and sometimes on short notice. Receive and set table plans with the Assistant and matching wines.  Is responsible for ordering repairs, (plumbing, lamps, electrical equipment, etc.) replacement furniture and equipment.  Answer and take telephone messages. Keep records of petty cash purchases and other duties as assigned.

This position requires someone whom has graduated from high school and also has either a hotel or hospitality training.
With 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role, you will have an excellent understanding of the duties and role.

You must be fluent in English and the ability to speak Dutch would be a great advantage. Also, you must have sound judgement and the ability to work independently.

The salary offered for this position is $63k per annual, depending on experience. Also, you will be provided with a generous uniform allowance AND A food allowance. And with 25 days holiday leave.
