EAM RESPONSIBLE FOR F&B

TAIWAN - SALARY $48k, depending on experience

We are presently seeking an exceptional E.A.M responsible for overseeing an exceptionally large F&B operation. The ideal candidate will be an existing EAM of a large five star property, ideally in ASIA . You will be able to think outside the BOX and apply your skills to an operation with unrivalled F&B hospitality and multi concepts. The operation has 500 staff and a full compliment of heads of department and so the essential skill with be to develop people and gain the respect and trust to allow you to focus on developing the operational standards and over 13 F&B concepts and a very large conference and banqueting operation, Every department will come under your operational control.

With a minimum of over 10 years in large city F&B operations your skills with need to be very entrepreneurial, with your finger on the pulse and an eye for detail and unquestioned people skills. We seek a EAM who has considerable knowledge, a fantastic calming attitude and placid, almost caring, we expect to find a great tranquil leader who can inspire and motivate a colossal team.

Essentially, we seek someone who can show his team the way, we seek a leader who will get right to the point, and no patronise his team but look at a cohesive solution to operational needs.

As an all rounder, your wine knowledge, health and safety and multi national experience will have made you the complete all rounder However, we are looking for candidates with the ability to lead from the front and to work under pressure.

Due to the work load, you will probably be single and be able to work weekends where the major business exists and you will be able to work a six day week, over 13 hours a day, with with good team building skills emphasis.

We are ideally looking for someone with European and Asian experience who has a proven track record
