REVENUE MANAGER

TAIWAN - SALARY $36k, depending on experience

The services and facilities make this hotel one of the World's Best Places to Stay and with over 500 rooms they seek a Revenue Manager who will report into the hotels Rooms EAM & Sales EAM, to be responsible for formulating and implementing Revenue Management strategies for rooms in order to maximise the hotels revenue potential whilst increasing their competitive market share.

You will be responsible for overseeing a small team and managing the Revenue Office - ensuring pro-active communication of revenue strategies between the hotel and support teams.

The successful candidate will have a proven and successful track record of working within a Revenue Management role gained in large quality hotels, such as Meridien, Hilton, Marriot, Jumereih beach, etc. ideally from within the Middle East . The successful candidate must be target-orientated with have experience in all aspects of Revenue Management and possess commercial awareness. Excellent communications skills are essential as you will be required to meet and ultimately influence decisions within the Management team and also with clients.

The role will require you to review and maximize yield for each area of the operation, considering all revenue streams to maximise earning potential. To be able to function to the peak efficiency within the position you will need to rely on your past experiences to analyse trends and implement effective measures quickly to realise opportunities. You will be expected to possess excellent man management skills so as to train and develop your team to increase the effectiveness of your department.
