$ 30,000 to $ 42,000 US dollars plus benefits.

One of Nigeria's rapidly developing hotel boutique groups, is seeks aspiring young General Managers, wanting a good challenge to run hotels from 2 star plus to 4 star plus, from 45 rooms - 120 rooms.

Pay would vary from $30,000 - $ 43,000, depending upon experience and which hotel you will manage. All the usual expat benefits and generous holidays and flights.

We seek good candidates who have good track records and seek to fast track to management.

Candidates must posses
* An ability to project manage new openings and large teams.
* To manage, train and develop young eager teams
* Hard working and efficient
* Strong financial knowledge and ability to understand finance, control, etc.
* Excellent references, (as these will be checked)
* Strong marketing and sales skills to help develop each resort, internally in the resort and externally with tour operators and travel agents.
