They seek an exceptional Mandarin speaking Director of Engineering who will report into the hotels GM and who will be respomsible for a labyrinth of restaurants, retail shops, bars , health clubs, swimming pool, conference and banqueting and all public and exterior areas.

You must be able to direct a vast technical team as well manage a large team of contractors whilst your people skills should be outstanding, your leadership skills must be proven.

Essentially, you must have a proven and successful track record of working within similar large quality hotels, ideally within ASIA, Ideally in mainland china.

You must be goal orientated with experience in all aspects of Hotel Engineernig with excellent interpersonal and communications skills, you must be capable of influencing decisions.
