FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER

EASTERN EUROPE - SALARY €36,000, negotiable

This premium deluxe 5* boutique operation is seeking an exceptional Food and Beverage Manager to build upon and improve the standards of this luxury property to better serve an international clientele. The position will require you to manage several F&B outlets including 80 cover fines dining restaurant, conference & banqueting for 220 guests, room service, coffee shop and staff restaurant.

The post will need some one with extremely high standards, with a background in high profile, luxury operations. This is a hands on role, requiring a strong man manager able to inspire, train, motivate and lead their team, at the same time concentrating on raising the standards to higher levels. The successful applicant has to be able to develop their teams to be able to deliver a world class service, with a focus on all areas of the department. With a solid F&B management background, you will further be responsible for staff costs which will be inline with business needs.

With other hotels planned in the development phase, we are seeking an ambitious person who will grow with the hotel and be some one who can develop a team in need of leadership. The candidate has to be multilingual and MUST be conversant in Turkish & Russian.
