We are looking for an executive chef, or consultant chef for this premium deluxe 5* boutique operation , to build upon and improve the standards of this luxury property to better serve an international clientele. The position will require you to cover for an 80 capacity fine dinning restaurant – 220 banqueting – room service, bar and coffee shop and staff food for over 160 staff ( 100 daily). .
The chef must be able to train a very young team, he will need to inspire them, lead them, and motivate them. The executive chef might ideally be available now and be someone who can concentrate on standards, and hygiene standards.
Responsible for staff and food costs, you will be able to roster according to business needs, and your costs will be in line with revenues.
We are looking for a chef who can develop the restaurant concepts to become destination restaurants. A chef focused on developing the breakfast concept, business lunches, contemporary dinner menus and Sunday weekend menus, will be very successful.
Would be beneficial if you spoke either Turkish or Russian, but is not essential.
With other hotels planned in the development phase, we are seeking an ambitious chef who will grow with the hotel and be some one who can develop a team in need of inspirational leadership.
