The appointed person will play a pivotal role ensuring our client continues as a market leader in an increasingly competitive field. Your extensive experience in Food and Beverage as a Manager, with a proven track record in quality Hotels and resorts around the world.
We are seeking a hands on EAM, someone who can make a difference, with outstanding F&B knowledge which include wines & Hotel Butler Service to ensure that the standards of the hotel are maintained.
Working a 6 day week, we expect the right candidate to have enormous drive and stamina to succeed in this demanding number two role. It's a challenging location but with the right determination and a good understanding of cultures and creeds, you will be someone who will suceed by motivational management and mentoring the team to achieve operation and financial targets.
With outstaning people skills we seek a balanced professional who is customer focus able to develop and shape long term relationships with customers and colleagues to deliver iexceptional services at all times.
You will be a charismatic and talented professional who has an eye for detail and only the highest standards, with highly effective skills in communication and relationship building. The ability to track competitor trends and conduct Operations analysis and you will have energy, drive and determination.
Package: A single or married package is available with the $48K Net salary, housing allowance AND generous Expat package
